What you can expect:
- Each request is assigned a unique ticket number. After submitting a ticket, you will receive an automated response with your ticket number to the email address you provided. A valid email address is required for ticket submission.
- A customer service agent will review your ticket and respond as soon as possible. When the agent has updated the ticket, you and any resource on the ticket will receive an email with the update, any attachments, and a direct link to the online ticket. You can also visit this site at anytime to check status or login to manage your tickets.
- All customer information is kept private and not shared or sold in anyway.
